The famous Armenian street is the center of touristic Lviv ...
Today, I invite you to take a stroll with me on the legendary street of my city, where every stone is breathing history.
The first thing we see coming back here is a small cafe, where there are round tables outside on the background of a decorative wall, which is made in the style of the old city.
On the left you will see a magnificent building of the Armenian Church, which is a true legend!
This cathedral is one of the most ancient.Tour guides will always invite you to come inside and learn about its rich history. But it is forbidden to take photos there!
We can go into the Armenian court and see all the splendor of ancient architecture there. This courtyard is probably the most attractive destination for tourists who are in love with ancient masterpieces of architecture. We'll go there next time!
Only on Armenian street 20 you will see exotic Halych alchemy!
But today I intend to drink Turkish coffee in the cafe "Virmenka" together with the famous Alik, who is the face of this cozy place where the old-timers of Lviv meet.
For Lviv people, cafes are first and foremost a place for meetings, conversations and romantic dates. The coffee itself with hundreds of ways of its preparation always faded into the background. There is a saying: the best coffee is where my friends are ... So, on Armenian Street, 19 in Lviv you will always be met by the legendary hippie Alik Olisevich and confirm that "Virmenka" is the best :)
Here you will taste the best coffee and see a real fascinating Lviv!
Thank you for being with me!
