Christmas it's ended but I have many good memories about it, one of them is my visit to this lovely village, many people tell me to visit this village because it's famous for the Christmas crèche, so many ways for explaining the Nativity, this village is called Le piastre it's situated in a Tuscanian mountain, the view from it it's awesome and it's so lovely, a little bit cold but lovely.
Select an ImageI'm not a believer, at least I'm not a Catholic, but goodbye to the religious tradition linked to Catholicism, Christianity, I like churches, masses, prayers and nativity scenes, and every year this village exhibits the most beautiful and innovative nativity scenes in all the streets of the town and inside the main church, also in the streets there are also loudspeakers playing Christmas songs, which is nice because it makes more of a Christmas atmosphere
Unfortunately the weather was a bit cold but that didn't stop us from taking a long walk through the streets, they say it's even more beautiful at night because it's all lit up but it has its charm during the day too. The streets and houses are all filled with charming nativity scenes, small and large and made with the most disparate materials
The walk was lovely I loved the Piastre village, with all the Nativity scenes it's super charming, such a great experience ❤️
