Hello everyone, how are you? I hope you are well. Not long ago, I visited a very historic place in Bandung, which is Sunan Ibu, one of the peaks of Mount Patuha. Mount Patuha is one of the mountains in Bandung Regency. Many people trek to this place. The path is relatively easy to be the choice for beginner climbers.
Another thing I want to say is the attraction of this place is Sunsire Point. Many people come to the place, braving the cold temperatures in Bandung City. Sunan Ibu itself is part of the tourism of the White Crater Tourism Area located in Ciwidey. The peak of Sunan Ibu reaches 2,227 meters above sea level. The spot is perfect for seeing the sunrise and the beauty of the White Crater.
Access to Sunan Ibu itself is effortless. Just enter the White Crater Area and then you will be taken by car to the entrance of the White Crater. To enter Sunan Ibu, just walk to the area that is already marked. The trekking is not too far and comfortable. However, if you are not used to walking, you will be exhausted.
The location of Sunan Ibu is in Pasirjambu, Bandung. This tourist location is open from Saturday to Thursday. Don't worry, this location is open 24 hours. To get to this place, I departed from Bandung City Center and needed to travel for 2 hours by motorbike. If using a car, it only takes 1 hour.
In total, I had to spend a budget of around IDR 64,000 to enter the Kawah Putih and Sunan Ibu tourist attractions. The distance for trekking to the peak of Sunan Ibu takes only 1 hour. For the Sunan Ibu tourist attraction, you need to add a ticket of IDR 11,000.
There are already many signs of tourism here. The journey that is passed is also full of stairs but it is quite safe. For public facilities here, it is quite complete. There are drinking water sellers. Oh, for Puncak, there are no drinking water sellers. From the car stop (helter-skelter), there are no drinking water sellers.
From the entrance with the words "Sunan Ibu", I only need to walk 15 minutes to the Sunan Ibu garden point. Meanwhile, to the top of Sunan Ibu, it took another 15 minutes to walk. At the top, I could enjoy the beautiful view of Kawah Putih. All my fatigue disappeared with the view at the top of Sunan Ibu. There was a beautiful crater that I could enjoy.
