80 kilometres north of Sydney on the New South Wales Central Coast is Woy Woy is a quiet and peaceful town on the bank of Brisbane Waters Lake.
Woy Woy is the Guringgai (or Kuringgai) First Nations people Aboriginal name for deep water or large lagoon.
We were there after a morning run in a near by town and were now looking for some morning tea to refuel and recharge. @consciouscat knows the area well and found some interesting local shops.
