@consciouscat has done every parkrun in the greater Sydney district. A Club the Aussie parkrun tourism face book group refers to as ”Raefarer” (named after the first person do do all Sydney parkruns) So as were we on Holidays in the area visiting a few family and friends. We borrowed a car and did a short visit the New South Wales Central Coast to collect a new parkrun stat at Mt Pengang Gardens. It was definitely worth the trip on a crisp, fresh morning. The gardens where beautiful.

Third and final lap. Perfect running conditions in this nice garden setting. The course was convoluted with lots of twists and turn and about 36 meters of elevation gain. My official time for the 5 kilometres was 24:10 not my fastest but a good solid workout.
