Gardens by the Bay, Singapore.

Gardens by the Bay, Singapore.

November 2023 · 2 min read · Singapore
There is plenty to do and see in Singapore. Gardens by the Bay was high on our list. We could have easy spend more time and money here but we were already packing in way too much. Just like the rain vortex at Changi airport this place was next level. The Maria Bay Sand casino building hovered near by like a spaceship from another planet. I love the way new buildings over here seems totally different to back home.

There was a distinct lack of birds and animals in these gardens, probably as it is very hot but maybe all these sculpture were to make up for it.

We did not go in but from what we could see outside it looked great. There were lots of interesting to see around the outside of this Cloud forest complex.

It was another hot day and we had to find refuge in an air conditioned Starbucks and indulge in some cold drinks and sugary cakes

The Super Tree Grove, A lot of vertical gardens made to look like trees, we did not stay for the evening light show but we have heard it is good.

The gardens were divided into different sections like wetlands, another was flowers and we didn’t get them all gut what we did see was great. I suppose my favourites were all the big sculptures.
