History leads us to today. A tomorrow will never come without yesterday's occurrence. We should be grateful for the heroism of others that let us enjoy the freedom we are tasting. Some maybe not be recognized but they'll never be forgotten. It's like debt from someone that can never be paid with such an amount. Therefore, some of them placed a mark not just in the memories but also in a place that they will always be remembered.

Somewhere in Leyte Philippines, you can find his memorial park here. A well-managed park like no other with guards and workers who maintain to beautify its surroundings. It's available to the public and it has no entrance fee. Everyone is welcome as long as they know what to do when being here as a mature person.
The surroundings are so wide and eco-friendly. Trees, plants, flowers, and even grasses were being planted to make the place more fun to stay if someone just wants to kill time. It's easy to find the place because it's located beside the national road. The super-wide views from the road will catch your attention for sure. The landscape satisfies your sight because you can see it clearly as if the place is not wide.
The place is very beautiful if you'll ask me. I was there just recently and what caught my fancy the most was the landscape view right next to the road and next to it was the vast ocean.
It was very hot if the sun kept on shining during the daytime. However, you can find a place where you can shelter yourself from that heat. Trees were all over the place that helps you to stay and sightseeing even though the sun will be up. I saw lovers who were dating. It's perfect to have a random conversation or just chit-chatting for someone to forget the time.
I know it feels amazing to be in a place like this. Also, I noticed that I might not witness their heroism. I'm still thankful that in this place I could tell what kind of bravery they just did. That reason is enough to make me feel indebted to the freedom I'm feeling.
There are not many words I can say about the place. It's a park with a nice and relaxing environment, that would be the best explanation perhaps. But I guess people were coming here because of the view of the surroundings. It's about where the first step is to achieve and enjoy the freedom of our country from the Japanese.
