Do you think you need food when you'll arrive at the market? I'm just wondering if you might be hungry when you arrive here. Well, that won't be a problem because wherever you look there will always vendors selling food. Of course it will be a street food, maybe other people found it that we can't argue with that. They're along the road so the dust is the one that might be the reason. But, there's a but you know, the food might look's dirty but it's very delicious and cheap price. They're selling the popular street food, like kickyam, fishball and anything. Don't know how to spell that street food but you'll read it correctly.lol
Are you new in Cebu because you want to live here to work. What if you find this place good for you and wanted to buy kitchen utensils. Not just for kitchen but also for your house that needs materials before it will be finish. It's good that you'll visit this market, they have what you need here. You can find pot, gas stove, plates, spoon or pork. This is not only you can find in this market because you can find cement here, tiles and many more.
So you are a fashionable person, you really love wearing different kind of dress or jeans. Oh, sorry you don't love to wear but you want to make a business about dress or jeans. Then, you can find it here it all because they're selling wholesale. Do you have an idea what it means a wholesale? Of course you understand the meaning but some different ideas that I think I need to elaborate.
Wholesale means you just don't want to buy 1 piece of it. Other stores have the minimum number of 6 pieces for you to avail the wholesale price. While others minimum to have wholesale price is only 2 pieces. They will put a marking price, "wholesaler and retailer." Don't worry you can find it here everything, even gown as well.
You can find lot of store like this here. But just an advice for a new person visiting this market. Don't buy in a store along the road if you want to save money for it. The prices of these stores are expensive compare to that store who offers wholesale. These kind of stores also buy their products in the store that offers wholesale. Of course if you have no idea about if. You will buy in the store that is easy to find.
It's easy to differentiate the wholesale store from not. The wholesale store have their own buikding or establishment where they'll be selling. They will also have sign in the store above for you to easy to identify.
Just keep on walking in the market if you're looking things like this. If you really want to buy a traditional things like this let me tell specifically.
In the main entrance of the carbon market. By the way you can tell it's the main entrance because the opposite side will be the church named, San Jose. Don't go inside the market yet and follow the national road. When you will be at the next block. That will be the time you go inside the carbon market. You can see these stores at the right side of the road. About the prices, it will be negotiable of course.
I think you're getting tired searching of the things you wanted to buy. If we're tired we will be thirsty of course. Don't worry, lot of buko juice or fruits you'll be found around. You can see them everywhere because they'll move into different places. Also many of them here so don't worry, everything you need will be provided here.
Carbon market is very crowded because of many illegal store here. They csn sell products even if they have not authorised to sell. Let me show you them...
Now, let's go at the last part of the market where you can buy vegetables, fruits, spicy, herbal medicine.
Yes, the stores that were located here were legal. They had a store with provided measurement of the place. Of course many wants to sell here. The place of the market should be divided.
The stores of fruits were segregated from stores of vegetables of course. They're doing it in order to the people won't have a jard time looking fornit. If you'll see fruits or vegetables along the road. They're not legal but they continued on selling because no officers will arrest them or maybe they'll pay the officers for a little without a receipt.
It looks like a illegal store because of umbrella but it's legal because this was just an extension of that store at the back.
This was my walk for today when I bought rice. I always goes here because it's cheaper the price. Since it's about my walk, maybe it will be good if I'll use the tag of #wednesdaywalk by @tattoodjay. And yes it's market so it will be fitted to #marketfriday by @dswigle.
Oh I forgot, I told you can find everything here. At the entrance of the carbon market you can find these stores of flowers. Lot of stores of flowers here and they're selling good quality.
