At the end of last year, I returned to JAPAN, but I forgot to write a blog about that trip, so I decided to write again. HIVE has become a place for me to store my photos.

昨年末にわたしの故郷である、大阪に帰ったのですがその際のブログを書くのを忘れていたので、改めて書くことにしました。

Kyobashi station, Osaka

Kyobashi Station, a few stops on the Loop Line from Osaka Station, holds fond memories for me. Kyobashi station is very popular as a downtown area in Osaka, and I often went to the shopping street adjacent to the station to have a drink, snacks to eat, or go to an izakaya (Japanese-style pub).

Coming from Sweden, where f the downtown area is kind of quiet sometimes, I felt nostalgia for this kind of crazy atmosphere in Osaka.

After arriving in Tokyo, I took the Shinkansen to Osaka, but by the time I arrived it was around 10:00 p.m. and most of the stores had begun to close. I managed to find a place that was open and decided to have ramen.

There is a restaurant that I visit every time I come to Kyobashi. Unfortunately, it was already closed that day, but if you have a chance to go to Kyobashi Station, you should definitely visit this kushikatsu shop! You will love Osaka!　👉👉👉👉　Ekimaesakaba Motsuyaki Motsunikomi Matsui

At the end of the year, "tecchiri" becomes popular in Osaka. Tecchiri is a puffers' hotpot, and in Osaka, puffers' hotpots are called tecchiri.

Fugu nabe is counted as a luxury item in Japan, but in Osaka, this tecchiri nabe is very popular at the end of the year. At the end of the year, I always want to eat tecchiri, but this time I forgot to make a reservation, and when I went to the restaurant, I could not get a reservation because the restaurant's schedule was all booked for the year-end and New Year's holidays. I have decided that the next time I return to Osaka, I will definitely have to try tekuchiri.

Osaka, my home

I arrived at my parents' house later than expected, but thankfully my mom was awake and waiting for me. When I looked at the food she was eating, it was typical Japanese food, and it made me feel very nostalgic. European dishes use a lot of cream and cheese, but Japanese food goes well with rice and miso soup.

I decided to enjoy eating well Japanese food while back in Japan.

京橋駅、大阪

大阪駅から環状線に乗って数駅の京橋駅はわたしにとってとても思い出のある駅です。京橋駅は大阪でも下町としてとても人気があって、駅と隣接している商店街にはよくお酒を飲みに行ったり、ちょっとした食事をとったり、居酒屋に行ったりとよく行きました。

大阪の下町ならではの喧騒がそこにはあり、静寂に包まれることもあるスウェーデンから来るとこの様な大阪の雰囲気にとても懐かしさを感じました。

東京について、その後新幹線に乗って大阪へ移動したのですが着いたときには２２時頃になっていて、ほとんどの店は閉店し始めていました。その中、なんとかあいてる店を見つけてラーメンを食べることにしました。

京橋に来るたびによる店があります。この日は残念ながら既に閉店していたのですが、もし京橋駅に行く機会があったら、この串カツ屋さんへぜひ行ってみてください！大阪が大好きになると思います～！

年末になると大阪では「てっちり」が人気になります。てっちりとはフグ鍋のことなのですが、大阪ではフグ鍋をてっちりと呼んでいます

フグ鍋は日本では高級品に数えられるのですが、大阪ではこのてっちり鍋を年末に食べるのがとても人気があります。年末になるとてっちりが食べたくなるのですが、今回は予約をするのを忘れていて、店に行くと年末年始は予定がすべてうまっていて予約が取れませんでした。今度、大阪に帰った時はぜひてっちりを食べないといけないと決めています。

思ったより遅く実家に到着したのですが、ありがたいことにオカンは起きて待ってくれていました。オカンの食べている食事をみるとなんとも典型的な和食で、すごく懐かしく感じました。欧州の料理はクリームやチーズをたくさん使うのですが、やっぱり和食はご飯に味噌汁が合いますよね。
