Hello my fellow Steemians, Welcome back to today's travel blog. Yesterday I posted superior and white shining waterfall located Rakwana city. I already wrote about how beautiful environment surrounded by Rakwana. We had found over 5 waterfalls in Rakwana covered only one day. We went there by van we arranged previously. These waterfalls totally stunning and very easily find through some guidance.
Our vehicle went through Yahalewala road. It started since Rakwana town. Very naturalize and familiar background created in front of us. I always love to see paddy fields because it has nice green color. Yahalewala road reminded my childhood without any doubt.
We started our walk for discover Arambe falls. Located on the Lenark Estate in Rakwana-Yahalewala Road, this falls very easily find. So I don't need to explain more about road map. You can come through Colombo- Rathnapura or Galle - Deniyaya- Rakwana roads. We found small water stream. So I knew waterfall located very closely.
Water flows wasn't cruel without rain fortunately. So I came on to stone of this waterfall. On this stone wasn't slippery also. So I saw surrounded area very clearly. Wow.....water very cool and fresh. I washed my face, hands and legs.
We walked continuously without take rest because our purpose was so big. We had to reach more destinations in Rakwana. Now you can take idea. We were very near to Arambe falls.
Wow...so stunning. How do you feel after see Arambe falls in Rakwana. A waterfall is a stream that flows down plains or mountain. If it is large in size, it is a stream. In order to create a waterfall, a large water body must flow down a rocky terrain. The faster the flow, the slower the speed.
I looked there was nice pool below of the waterfall very deserve for swim or bathe. But always must be careful. Firstly we took long wooden stick and put it to the pool for check depth of this pool. Finally we explored that is nice place for careful bathe. But don't swim under the caves. That's very dangerous task.
In terms of topography, some places on the earth stand like rocky highs and plateaus. When the stream flows through such terrain, it can suddenly burst into the low ground when it reaches the high ground or plateau. When the rains reach the peak, the falls are filled with water. We enjoyed few minutes there and then we leaved another tremendous waterfall in Rakwana. Thanks for giving big memory to my life Arambe falls. Thanks for visiting. See you again with travel blog.
