I came here with another amazing and tremendous hiking experience. I have more photos of my every travel journeys. But I put only very deserve once. Yahangala is one of the most beautiful places in the Knuckles Range. If you are traveling from Colombo, you will have to go to Yahangala via the Colombo-Mahiyangana road and go to Kalugala via Ududumbara.

Knuckles Range is one of the most popular mountain range in Sri Lanka. So it is located close to the Knuckles Mountain. If you are going to cross this Yahangala it requires good preparation. This has been one of the strangest experiences of my life.

While crossing this Yahangala we encountered many difficult hills and slopes. This Yahangala road is extremely difficult. It is also stunningly scenic.

There are no words to describe the journey through Patana. First encounter is Patana, with a strong wind. After this fall, the beauty and difficulty of the journey can be seen.

Legends say that Ravana's body was buried in the rock. As a result there is a popular opinion that if one does not cross Yahangala by following the vegetarian and proper practices, there will be trouble. It's like crossing the Sri Padaya. However, alcohol is not at all suitable for such risky journeys.

We could felt we were in the New Zealand. Climate not match with New Zealand. But scenery really close to it. The clouds range created awesome visual in front of us.

I was scared for climb top of the mountain no because top of the hill placed sloped. But our group had more energy than me :D

A villager must be involved to climb Yahangala. Because they know all the hazards here and the sidewalks. They say that it is dangerous to climb the mountain when there is rain and dew.

However, if you climb to the top of this rock, the whole world will forget. You can see the most beautiful 360 degree view. If you get to Yahangala you have to bring a lot of water. Because there is no water on the mountain or even a stream.

Those day I was so tired because Yahangala was my most scared hike adventure. We had passed more dangerous places during our journey. I couldn't captured some places, I was shaking lot. My legs goes shaking that moment. So I didn't go top of the hill. But my some of friends reached there.
So do not carry unnecessary plastics and polythene while climbing this mountain. It is like me protecting that beautiful environment and exposing its beauty. Thanks for visiting. See you in next.
