Well, when @enjiliew has the crave for hotpot. It is not a joke and she is really craving for this Chinese style hot pot with the spicy soup and also herbal soup combo. So there goes my blind date here in a steamboat restaurant, filled with mutton smell as they served mutton too. Usually for a Chinese style hotpot, I learned up the lesson of not ordering for too many varieties as all of them come with big portion, which too much for two pax but ok for at least 2 pairs of people. Next time perhaps a double date would be good.
We waited around 15minutes to get sitted, not bad for a spontaneous meal.
They have these trolleys that enable us to put all the food we ordered while having a clean table for cooked food, nice!
Talking about hygeinic, they did good with this but not that green though :P
In Bandar Puteri, you will find lots of steamboat restaurant whereby every evening those steamboat restaurants will be crowded with people. Not sure why, but I am fascinated with this culture. Perhaps people with family love to have hot pot?
A lot of sauce!

For this XFY Steamboat, the overall experience was not bad. They served authentic Chinese style hot pot soup but we do think it is too heavy in taste for us. We would like to have lighter taste, especially in the herbal soup as it covers all the food's taste. Anyway, we enjoyed eating the hotpot and our lips ending up like a red big sausages.
My sauce
Vege
Her favourite Taiwan sausage
The proteins and some fibres
Their soup choices
One of their signature, pork ball
In overall, I did enjoy the food there, not too shabby and perhaps would bring friends to come in a group rather than a couple :P
