Decided to climb Huolu Mountain for a rare weekend adventure, starting from Lingtang Village for one simple reason - there are two cafes at the foot of the mountain: Shanyin and Congqianman, both of which have a style that I love, comfortable and relaxing, putting me in a joyful mood.

Not being a professional or a hiking enthusiast, it was just a casual hike for me. I walked around randomly and turned back when I got tired, without being fixated on reaching the summit or seeing any specific scenery. I could walk as far and climb as long as I wanted, just following my own pace and enjoying the freedom like the wind.

The protective walls on the mountainside were covered with cannonball flowers, completely dyed in orange-red. People in the village walked by in a hurry, seemingly oblivious to this beautiful sight that they often see. A little wild cat at the corner of the wall was not afraid of people at all, walking over and asking for pets and food. When it didn't get what it wanted, it just lay down lazily. Looking closely, it was surprisingly similar to the cats chasing butterflies on the wall. Are they from the same family? Meow, meow...
