Each entry into the Irish forest is an extraordinary, magical experience for me. You can discover something lovely for yourself at any time. One of such moments was my autumn walk in the woods in West Ireland. The leaves that fell from the trees turned red and the path looked as if it was covered with a red carpet.
The green ivy leaves surrounding the trees contrasted nicely with red leaves, creating the scenery of a fairy-tale land. Only fairies and elves were missing there ;) But what do we have imagination for? ;)
The forest was very wet and slushy, but still surprisingly green for this time of year.
I sat down for a moment on the stone that was overgrown with moss and was present here and now. I wanted to fully experience this place, feel it with every sense. I was breathing calmly, putting myself into a state of relaxation. I could smell the forest, its dampness. Raindrops fell on me from the trees. I love such contact with nature.
