Por una cuestión ¨medica¨ tengo que hacer una caminata diaria, y en las últimas semanas las he estado alternando en varios lugares de la ciudad, lo que hizo que no viniera tan seguido como me gustaría al predio; hace unos días necesariamente tuve que visitar la reserva, y durante la caminata dimos con estos ¨hongos¨ hermosos llamados ¨Schizophyllum¨ ¨commune¨ : .Es verdad que es un ¨hongo¨ que ya lo conocía, pero en los últimos meses no lo he visto tan seguido

For "medical" reasons, I have to take a daily walk, and in recent weeks I've been alternating them in various places around the city, which has meant that I haven't been coming to the property as often as I'd like; A few days ago I had to visit the reserve, and during the walk we came across these beautiful mushrooms called Schizophyllum ¨commune¨ : . It's true that it's a mushroom that I was already familiar with, but I haven't seen it very often in recent months.

Some people who, due to availability, find themselves completely removed from nature, cannot understand people like us who love the "natural" life. Para no dilatar y que el post no resulte tan largo, les voy a dar a conocer este precioso ¨hongo¨ ¨oreja¨: un tipo de especie que es apreciado por los ¨cocineros¨ del mundo para elaborar sus exquisitas recetas, es suave al tacto, y muy agradable al momento de probar una exquisita receta elaborado con este tipo de ¨hongo¨

For many, hiking with a "medical obligation" is tedious, and I must confess that at first I thought the same.
