En estos últimos días no la he pasado muy bien a causa de mis ¨hernias¨ de ¨discos¨ ¨lumbares¨ y ¨cervicales¨, este último me causa malestar acompañados de ¨nauseas¨, creo que en este aspecto he tenido un gran retroceso, dado que los malestares se asemejan a los primeros días que iniciaron las afecciones, estoy considerando regresar a la ¨fisioterapia¨ y las ¨ejercitaciones-de-yoga¨ con esto había tenido buenos resultados y espero volver a conseguirlos
