Estos últimos días de la semana ha estado haciendo mucho calor, y uno de esos días que visitamos la ciudad para hacer algunas fotografías al parecer me he ¨insolado¨, esta insolación me ha tratado mal los últimos días, y para colmo, mis ¨hernias¨ de ¨discos¨ me han estado afectando mucho

Llevar nuestra camara¨nikoncoolpixb500¨ y hacer fotografías naturales del lugar también es muy relajante. Cuando estes pasando por una situación similar siempre recomiendo este tipo de conexión con la naturaleza, ella tiene una particular manera de equilibrar nuestras ¨emociones¨ y liberar el cuerpo de cualquier ¨dolencia¨

The simple fact of walking outdoors, feeling The cool weather under the shadows of the big trees totally changes my mood, and as I feel better I gradually manage to compose my discomfort; when I am walking in the reserve I do not feel hot, the "nausea" disappears and the " cervical condition is as if it never existed. When you are going through a similar situation I always recommend this type of connection with nature, it has a particular way to balance our "emotions" and free the body from any "ailment"
