This is the only four-story building in town and I have never been here for some reason. It looked like it was very expensive so maybe that's why I've stayed away for two years.
The food was very good and inexpensive so shame on me for not trying this wonderful place until now.
It's been here for a very long time so it got grandfathered in when they made the only two story buildings allowed rule set by UNESCO in the 90's when Luang Prabang became a World Heritage Site.
