Hello friends, I'm back to talk to you about Ledro, this beautiful place in Trentino Alto Adige and its beautiful lake. Some time ago I talked about it because I shot a video in this place and I'll put it below:

A truly beautiful place to spend a wonderful holiday in an unspoilt place in the midst of nature, but today I would like to talk to you about its truly important museum. In fact, this archaeological site has been recognised by Unesco as a World Heritage Site.

In practice, this museum brings together all the artefacts that have been found on the shores of Lake Ledro, where a huge pile-dwelling village once lived. In fact, over the last century, more than 10,000 poles relating to this type of teaching have been found, and it was decided to collect all these things in this museum.

The museum has only been completely renovated a few years ago, as it was already in existence in 1970, and it is very rich in activity programmes during the summer period, but above all it becomes interesting to understand history.

There are numerous reconstructions of the clothes that were used, but the most beautiful part is the outdoor area where an entire pile-dwelling village has been reconstructed.

The reconstruction of this village has been done in order to make the visitor understand what the exhibits in the museum were used for in the daily life of the inhabitants of these places.

Below I will leave you the official website of the museum in order to find all the information you need for a possible visit to this place. However, the price of admission is only €4.50 but children under 14 years old get in for free.
