Garda is a beautiful and important town of less than 5000 inhabitants which is located on Lake Garda on the Veronese side about 30 km from the provincial capital Verona.
I am particularly fond of this village because I think it is a very romantic place where you can have something to eat along Lake Garda but the history of this town dates back to the Middle Ages, in fact here there was an important fortress that you can have unfortunately been destroyed.
Here there is the possibility during the summer to swim in the lake because there are several beaches also equipped with sun beds and umbrellas and bars where you can spend a day of fun.
There is no common sand on the beach but there is this particular gravel that comes from the bottom of the lake that you have to be very careful not to get hurt and therefore use sandals.
I like to come here Instead when there is spring or autumn to be able to walk along the lake because I am not a fan of swimming and bathing here.
Among other things, I recently realized that the lake is getting cleaner and as you can see the water has nothing to envy to that of the Maldives.
The sure thing is that when I come here I like to take lots of photos and make lots of videos to take to my YouTube channel.
I really recommend this place to couples because here you can eat and sip a good coffee by the lake then there are also these points a bit detached from the shore from where you can better admire the lake.
Among other things, here you have the opportunity to eat excellent fish sometimes really at 0 km since there are still several fishermen who work nearby and therefore manage to sell fresh fish to these restaurateurs.
Then for lovers of boat excursions, here there are many to do or you can simply take advantage of the public ferry service to move from one location to another on the lake, a really comfortable and very efficient service.
Then instead, if you are a shopper in the country, in its streets there are several clothing and bag shops but also of numerous Italian fashion brands.
Only I warn you that the prices here are very high both in terms of food and clothing except for a few shops where you can find second-hand things.
So I just have to thank you for reading this article and thank you very much for the support you give me I recommend maybe if you make a visit to Italy to absolutely visit both Lake Garda and Garda as a location but keep following me because I will let you discover further on, other very interesting locations on the lake
I leave you a video of mine from my YouTube channel below to show you that even in winter it is nice to come to these places because beautiful Christmas markets are organized👇
