Have had some friends visiting me in Bangkok from Australia over the Christmas New Year period for a couple of weeks and they are still here enjoying a very enjoyable amazing Thailand it is there first time over here and they feel like they are in a long dream they can not believe how so beautiful this country is after them thinking it was some third world country now they are in awe.
After the the New Years night which they enjoy immensely seeing how the people are so friendly and entertaining has really impressed them and they are already planning a trip back.
We had actually plan to go to IconSiam for dinner and the countdown but we were told it wasn't a good idea it was jam packed with people and it would have been a long wait to get the boat across the river to the IconSiam mall and we didn't want to be sandwiched in like sardines so we had decided we would go there on New Years day evening.
So that is what we done after walking to the train station getting to the Sathorn Pier we jump on the free shuttle boat and across the river to the IconSiam on arrival we were surprised there were still a lot of people around but no where as bad as new years eve crowds.
Our main reason for us wanting to come to the IconSiam not only that it is the most beautiful and biggest shopping mall in south east Asia but also because it has a lot of fresh Japanese sushi and all my friends are into sushi including myself so this was the ideal place not only for the sushi but for a good walk around in such a amazing shopping mall.
We when up to the 5th floor is where the most beautiful designer restaurants are and we selected one that not only had fresh sushi but a variety of western and Thai foods just in case we wanted a mixture and that we did so here are what we selected i hope you have all had dinner because this is going to be jaw dropping mouth watering ....yummy...delicious...superb...lol ๐ฎ ๐คญ ๐คฃ
And yep they were certainly impressed and it didn't leave a hole in there pockets like it would back in Australia and they were still in awe and dreamland....hehe...was just the best night ๐ ๐บ ๐ ๐บ ๐
