Hi everyone here we are back for another #marketfriday initiated by the lovely @dswigle and it's Friday again and this Friday i am going to take to the Artbox Bangkok Market.
The Artbox Markets are pretty well know around Thailand they are like a new trend of pop up markets they move around Bangkok and set up in different areas all the time.
Normally with the Artbox Markets the shops are housed in giant shipping containers that can be moved around the city but this Artbox Market has been built to stay here as this area is the center of the Bangkok city it offical opened it's doors in early May 2019.
The Artbox Markets have many varieties of foods from Thai , Western , European , Seafoods and our famous yummy Stick Foods all in the surrounding of a beautiful outdoor nature atmosphere.
These Artbox Markets may look very trendy and expensive but you will be surprised how affordable they are i visited this market at about 5pm afternoon it had just opened people were still setting up store i wanted to get photos more in the daylight and without the huge crowds and lights flashing everywhere.
The Pad-Thai was already getting on the way i was feeling a little peckish so i decided to have a little feed before moving around te rest of the market.
They have a couple pizza shops set up in these markets one i just normal Italy Pizzas and the other one is Mexican Hot Spicy Pizzas and a great choice of pizzas with both shops.
The Mexican Gourmet Hot Pizzas a very yummy and spicy what a lovely colorful shop.
Also nice cheesy pizzas if your into that...i am love them.
Then i think you would need a nice cool fruit juice to cool that burning tongue.
Or maybe a nice piece of fruit or a fruit smoothie.
The seafood well there is an abundance of that in what ever Thai market you go to you can choose the seafood straight out of the fresh water tanks and they will cook it in what ever way you like it.
Hungry Grill and and couple of other shops i saw had a great menu very appetizing even Japanese dishes like Sushi , Soups and many more you certainly won't starve here.
Because this market also has a live band that plays every night of the week they have many varieties of Craft beers which i am not much of a fan on Craft beers but it seems like people are liking this lolly beer is what i call it :)
Give me a Budweiser or a Red Wine.
Or maybe one of these crazy Lightbulb Wizard Cocktails.
Nice Bubble Fruit Tea severed cold with ice is also available for the ladies.
And after a few drinks you may get that hunger strike that's when you attack the famous Stick Foods of Thailand which comes in numerous varieties beef , chicken , pork , sausages with bacon wrapped around them , veggies on the stick amazing and the list goes on.
This is my ideal market just the way i like it throw in a few bars, a live music band an dozens or so of food vendors and you have yourself one of Bangkok’s coolest new night markets just perfect.
