It also had a 5000 seater auditorium,where some famous 80’s pop combos have strutted their stuff.
After being closed down and unused for several years: Fast forward to 2015, the city council intent on renovation, didn’t carry it out: it is seen by many as a blight on the landscape.
Why?
I think it’s gorgeous, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

So just taking some final shots of the jetty, I was given a gentle nudge by some kid as he was passing.
“Careful”, said I ( ya little twat, under my breath) As he said something in his mother tongue
‘Sorry fella English’, I could have started off in Welsh, but that would have caused greater confusion no doubt
‘She worth the photo, yes” he grinned, pointing to the shoreline.
Sometimes I concentrate too much and miss the bleeding obvious.
