Last week I did a post where I visited a waterfall in hopes to see high water during snow melting but I failed to see it because meltwater was not there yet. On the same evening, I decided to visit another waterfall that is located in Keila-Joa national park in Estonia.
If you have been following my posts for a long time then you have seen it before. I try to visit it in every season because of the beauty of the park in autumn, huge ice formations on the waterfall in winter and a spectacular view of the high water at springtime.

When I arrived there then I immediately realized that I did go wrong coming there this time. There really was high water of the snow that had been melted. This time I also brought a tripod to get nice long exposure shots of the waterfall. It was getting darker outside too so I was able to take several second long exposures without neutral density filter.

There is also a hydroelectric powerplant so this can probably farm a great amount of electricity at high water time.

In summer you can pretty much go and touch the waterfall because there is only a small stream of water coming down. Nothing compared to this anyway.
When I visited this place in summer there was one guy who jumped down from the waterfall. This fall is so rocky that you have to be really mad to do this and really lucky to get out unharmed. This guy was lucky, fortunately.
