It is said that Hangzhou has retained a bakery that was left over from the Song Dynasty, and me is here now! This bakery is named Southern Song Dynasty Government Kiln Museum(南宋官窯博物館). It is located in the south of Hangzhou. If you can choose to ride a bicycle near the West Lake, I believe it is definitely faster than taking the bus! (Hangzhou's public transportation really can't compliment!)

This is the first special museum of ceramic cookies in China, and its architecture is dominated by the Song Dynasty style! The museum is very large, and you can see the whole process from soil extraction to baking forming! And this museum is really the site of the official kiln production more than 800 years ago. Then take out the mud just used to practice Waltz, and like children playing mud, Knead and form into the shape they want. Then draw on it with your favorite jam. After painting, dip it in a seasoning called glaze, which can protect the jam and increase the flavor of ceramic cookies.

Decorated ceramic cookies can't be put into the oven immediately, they need to be air-dried, and then they can be baked in this long oven. After 10 hours to 1 day(base on different cookie), the fragrant ceramic cookies are finished!
