You might be wondering on how did I shot this view, an amazing scenery showing the vast sea and the Garden dome at the near view.
Let me take you to a picture journey on how I got up to this height and witness this beauty :)
After purchasing the ticket for the Singapore flyer ride, we are led into a hallway with very little light. As you can see, those are the only strip lights that are guiding our way.
It feels like I was entiring a space ship or something like a modern vehicle.
Afterwards, a new type of trail lights were introduced to us, still leading us to a certain direction and we are still clueless of what to find at this moment.
It was a mesmeric 2 minute experience while passing through this hallway.
At the end of the birightly colored hallway, we have reach a kind of artwork, "a ball of garbage"? I personally think that it's beautiful and artistic, considering that the only materials that were used are things that we normally throw.
The next stop was another artwork, it looks like a modern piece and the shape seems to be scientific like a "molecule".
After viewing those artworks, a slightly bright spot has caught our attention, it gave us the clue that it's another hallway that we need to pass through.
And yes, it is the hallway leading to the Ferry' wheel, it feels that I'm boarding into an airplane.
The boarding to the individual capsule was done in quick succession, mainly because the wheel keeps turning and there's not much time to spare.
It was a long 30min ride considering that it's only one round of the wheel. It turns at a reasonable speed without making me feel dizzy. In fact, it turns smoothly to allow passengers to take photos of the view while enjoying it as well.
The first photo was shot when our capsule reach the highest point of the wheel.
I hope you enjoyed viewing this series of photos of our ride.
Let me know your thoughts about it on the comments below.
