Hey STEEM Fam :)

Sooo... I spent a better part of my Friday in the most beautiful park here in Madrid, **Quinto de los Molinas Parque**, very popular for it's sprouting floral trees. I'm pretty sure if you google this place you are bound to be blown away by amazing content that people have made of it. I however want to share what my experience was like here, and the several photos that I and my new friends here in Madrid managed to capture.

This beautiful park is a public park located at *Calle de Alanka* and is popularly known for large areas of woodland, large number of species (olive, pine, eucalyptus), although the star of the park is the almond trees, which bloom in February and March so it's safe to say I went just in time to enjoy the flowering almond trees.

(

Withing the park, you are also bound to spot a glass house which is primarily designed as a greenhouse where they grow strawberries among other things in the winter. Unfortunately I didn't have enough to spot it, but you can be sure on my next trip back here I will.

There are also some ponds where you can enjoy feeding ducks and just enjoy the views from end to end.

> The park is divided into two clearly differentiated areas: the northern landscape with a romantic landscape style and the southern agricultural zone. Closed in its entire perimeter with five access doors, it limits to the south with Alcalá street, to the north with Juan Ignacio Luca de Tena street, to the east with Avenida 25 de Septiembre and to the west with Miami street.

It is a great place to not only spend time in, but also a great place to have a picnic with family and friends. I and a couple of friends grabbed some take away lunch from a nearby supermarket and enjoyed the rest of the afternoon picking here. It's also a great place to go if you need some solo personal time, just to reflect or to meditate. I spotted a couple of people by themselves and they seemed to have a great time. Others come here for photoshoots or to read a book,do yoga, picnic by themselves. Whatever you prefer, I can almost guarantee you will have an amazing time here.

Here is a couple more photos of this amazing place for you guys to enjoy.

Have you been to Madrid? What would you say was/is your best experience from this magical city? I still have a lot more time to explore, and hopefully we can do so together.
