The art of coffee is all Neapolitan, dense narrow black ... it must be chocolate. If the coffee is done well when you put the sugar it must remain on the surface and slowly go to the bottom, then start to turn with the spoon. Secondly, the cup must be boiling and finally it must be accompanied by a glass of water; the water must be drunk before the coffee because it must clean the mouth to prepare the palate to taste the coffee. If this is not art, tell me what it is! What you see in the photos is a bar that is located in the square to take the funicular, and is close to the "Augusteo" theater, therefore in an excellent strategic position for those who want to make a pit stop.

L'arte del caffè è tutta napoletana, nero stretto denso...deve essere un cioccolato. Se il caffè è fatto bene quando mettete lo zucchero esso deve restare in superficie e scendere sul fondo lentamente, poi si comincia a girare col cucchiaino. Seconda cosa la tazzina deve essere bollente e infine deve essere accompagnato da un bicchiere d'acqua; l'acqua deve essere bevuta prima del caffè perchè deve pulire la bocca per preparare il palato a gustare il caffè. Se questa non è arte ditemi cos'è! Quello che vedete nelle foto è un bar che si trova nella piazzetta per prendere la funicolare, ed è vicino al teatro "Augusteo", quindi in un'ottima posizione strategica per chi voglia fare un pit-stop.

Il bar ha avuto una recente ristrutturazione che ha messo ancora più in evidenza questi meravgliosi mosaici che rappresentano due maschere carnascialesche Pulcinella e Arlecchino. A me piacciono tanto, ed è stato il motivo, oltre al caffè buono, per cui ho portato i miei amici.

The bar has undergone a recent renovation that has highlighted even more these wonderful mosaics representing two carnival masks Pulcinella and Arlecchino. I like them a lot, and that was the reason, besides the good coffee, why I brought my friends.
