My third Dtube Video out now!

Hi everyone!

Today I am going to talk about Santiago de Chile, Valparaíso and Viña del Mar and what happened on my way back!

Couple month ago I stayed two days at Santiago and made a daytrip to Valparaíso. I took some nice shots of the cities and the Street-Art https://steemit.com/steempress/@dvotravels/street-artihaveseeninsouthamericasofar-okwzyxixac which I also showed in this post.

I stayed at the Ají Hostel and slept in a shared room with 6 beds. This was actually the first Hostel in which the breakfast and dinner was included for like 12 dollars a night! It is located near restaurants and bars in a nice neighbourhood near to the Costanera Centre, the highest building in the city with a huge shopping mall inside.

Santiago de Chile is the capital of Chile and the largest city in the country. Gran Santiago has even more inhabitants than I thought, around 7 million. Almost 35 percent of the population in Chile live in this city, for me an unbelievable fact. In Switzerland live around 9 million people, so in comparison to Santiago its nothing.
I talked to a couple people in the city. The salaries in Santiago are higher than for example in Valparaíso, but the prices as well. From all the countries I visited so far, that was one of the most expensive places!
