I wanted to escape from the city and enjoy the tranquility and clean air of the mountains, so I decided to look for accommodation in a pretty little town surrounded by mountains.
And as you can see, I found the perfect place in Alcaucin, a town 55 kilometers away from Malaga capital and accomodated in theĀ Hotel Sierra Tejeda (ā4.5 rating in Google Maps) with a terrace overlooking the Tejeda mountain range.
The room was nothing fancy but enough for a single person wanting to relax a bit.
Also the food here was good and cheap and found a restaurant with a nice terrace also.
Most typical dish here is garlic chivo (pieces of suckling goat with garlic) and after trying it, yeah, I think it's maybe the best suckling goat I ever had.
After all that food from half portions I needed to walk around the town some kilometers and drink some spring water from the fountain they have there.
But if there was something I loved from the town it was the houses at sunset.
Don't tell me you don't feel like buying a little house in this town after seeing this image!Ā I personally loved them!
