Hi there. In this travel series post, our travel group check out Beijing's Qianmen Street Food area in the daytime and evening. We visited this street food place after our great wall visit.

This post is more pictures based than text based.

Getting To Qianmen Street Food

Our taxi van driver from the Great Wall trip dropped us at the Qianmen Street food area. If you are taking the Beijing Metro system you want to find Qianmen station on line 2 (blue line & green line).

There is a bit of a walk to get to the area. I forget which exit from Qianmen Station you should exit from. I recall that you should find the street food area if you walk along the right side of the road and use the crosswalk going left to the area. You should find a lot of security near the entrance to make sure things don't get too chaotic. In Beijing they take security super seriously. There are a lot of high ranking officials, politicians, diplomats and tourists that visit the captial of China. (Beijing Subway Map below from Travelchinaguide.com)

Nighttime At Qianmen Street Food

Nightlife in China is very busy, vibrant and family friendly. The restaurant we went to was Judehuatian (I think). I should've taken a wider picture. Here are a bunch of nighttime photos.

I took a picture of this Michelin starred fast food take out place. We did not eat from here after dinner. Here are a few pictures of this and other pictures.

Thank you for reading.
