Woo-hoo... I woke up with a start this morning realizing only 3 more Fridays (including today) to go before we board the plane for Chennai!!

We're extremely blessed as hubby's doing some training for a company in Port Blair and they are flying us over. Nonetheless it's an incredible experience waiting to happen.

Apparently this is called guitar island. Hope we get to see it.
My heart is divided because of having to leave the kids behind in Mauritius and the awesomeness of having some alone time with hubby. Something which isn't easy to come by on the island except for when we meet in town or go for a walk on the beach.
Looking forward to this.
Discounting all the factors I'm super excited about this upcoming trip although we'll be exchanging one island for another and taking three flights to get there and three back.
This is our route. We're flying Mauritius - Réunion Island - Chennai - Port Blair and then same when we return.
The Andaman & Nicobar islands seems even more Indian than Mauritius taking into account it's under Indian jurisdiction and consist of a whole group of islands. I found a photo or two on Pinterest to share and I'll be sharing my journey on here. 😊
