Today I travelled a lot again and I visited the city of Plovdiv:

but actually my trip started from the city of Blagoevgrad. Yesterday I overnighted there. This is a beautiful view from the balcony of my hotel room:

I had a beautiful breakfast in the morning:

then we traveled 2 hours by car:

and at about noon I was in Plovdiv:

it is really a nice city:

with a lot of pedestrianised small streets:

Also there is a nice mosque in the city center:


That has remained from the era of the Ottoman Empire.

but actually the city is really very nice place to visit. It was an ancient city in the Roman Empire called Philippopolis. That's why there are many ancient buildings there. For example I took a picture of that ancient Roman stadium:

Yeah! the city center is very interesting to visit:

but after walking for 2 hours I decided to have a rest in this park:

that has very beautiful fountains like this one:

but I just sat next to the pond:

and enjoyed the beautiful view for almost 30 min:

Then I went to the train station. Got onto the train (a picture I took while on the train):

and travelled back home.

I spent the evening at home. Just relaxing.
