Last winter/autumn we decided to visit the fascinating Lake Como, a charming lake located above Como (Italy).
This lake is known for hosting, or hosting, famous people like George Clooney, Matthew Bellamy (muse singer), Cindy Crawford, Jon Bon Jovi and many others, all fascinated by the enchanting panorama that this lake knows how to give.
But it is also famous for restaurants such as Villa Serbollini, a restaurant renowned for Michelin-starred Chef Ettore Bocchia.
Our visit to the lake was not to meet famous characters, nor to eat in starry restaurants but for the panorama, which changes depending on the seasons, enchanting from a fairy tale and at the same time as on this grey and gloomy day that still leaves you speechless.
The day was quite cold but, the cold, it immediately passed into the background enraptured by the grandeur and beauty of these places. It is no coincidence that famous people and do not choose it for the holidays or to settle down, sincerely allowing me I would do it too, I imagine waking up in the morning in places as spectacular as the mood is good and not only that.
This is one of the most poetic places I have ever visited, I have made other beautiful trips, Spain, Slovenia, Berlin, Sicily, Sardinia, London and many others but the feeling of peace that gave me this place I have not found in anyone else.
It remains one of my favourite destinations and to get there I just need the car since it is a couple of hours from my house, My puppy comes from there and it is precisely on that day that I brought it home, so I have a beautiful double memory.
