Recently there is yet another Singapore new public library open . And the latest open library strategically located at one of the popular tourist spots-Sentosa Island , as such I do believe this is yet another public library that foreign travellers could visit. Situated in the Vivocity Mall, tourists who take the train tru and flo Sentosa Island will definitely passing by this mall, as it's located on top of the Harbourfront MRT station as well.
新加坡公共图书馆最近新增了一家，而且是外国游客继乌节路图书馆后，最可能前往的一家，因为它就坐落在圣淘沙岛对岸的商场 Vivocity内。游客乘搭轻轨入圣淘沙岛，是必经过这商场，因为地铁站就在那儿。

Before the library open, I have seen the artist impression drawing and found Harbourfront library was so impressively decorated. Maybe it's some sort of national iconic impression, I found it is breathtakingly nicely designed.
开幕前，就看到画家们的绘图，知道港湾图书馆设计非常漂亮，也许那里也是国家的印象建筑，所以看起来就是很炫目的。

Book shelf in new libraries are standardized in white and waveform alike, simialr to those in the second latest library -Yishun library.

Multimedia area is nice in design,but I only found TED video clips in the pc-maybe I didn't spend much time in exploring in it.

The reading hall is impressive for natural sunlight. Yet I found the sunlight is a bit too glaring as I went the library during the noon time. Maybe they could consider for curtain installation to improve the reader-friedliness.
这阅读区设计的很美，采光很亮，只是我去的时候正值中午，觉得如果面向建筑外看书，阳光有点刺眼，建议可以考虑加些窗帘调节一下采光。

Singapore public library is among the world top ,if not the best, coz libraries is setup in almost all the communities- you can return or loan the books anywhere in any of these libraies . The best part of it is membership fee- I only paid a one-off membership fee some 10 years plus ago, and it's only SGD10 .

I would strongly suggest book-lovers who travel to Singapore should definitely plan in their itinerary to include library visit during their stay in Singapore- you can put it as Plan B -a place to go when you caught into heavy rain.
