After a general cleaning of our beloved cave, I took my folks for a walk and the shopping.

We managed to clean most of our space, but we focused our effort to deal with the kitchen. Instead of the commercial product I used only the baking soda and bleached all the kitchen appliances pearly white.

My hands were grateful but the only downfall is that a baking soda has to be applied directly and with less water, do it was more like a dry cleaning.

After a short rest, we went out and we decided to visit the shopping mall that is pretty far away.

Town is as usually boiling and hot, and as it is the Sunday many people are either going to the beach or returning.

After so much rain and ice this summer I just lost my desire to go to the beach; I bet it will hit us with yet another ice storm as soon we put our towels down.

The beach we usually attend is pretty far away and if that was enough we have to walk around the gated shipyard so it adds up to the trip.

Still I hope to have at least a few trips at the beach this summer.

We had a great fun, see some people and have an ice cream.

The shopping mall was not so full, but I noticed that many folks there are nervous and vile. The heat is slowly influencing the behavior.

I go shopping to enjoy my time and money spent, not to be annoyed. If a person is nervous she/he should stay at home.

But, we caught a few discounts in the last moment, bought tonic water, soda, oreos and a big ice cream box that we shared right after we exited the mall.

Now I'm home and chilling while listening local radio station and making a company to my parroty buddy.

Here he is, combing his feathers while balancing on the perch. Prior to that he was eating, flying around and tossing bread bombs at me. LOL
