About 3K Coffee

3K Coffee gets a good rating on Zomato Indonesia and has a good image on social media as the best coffee for a coffee shop in KEMANG-JAKARTA SELATAN.

When I looked for a place to eat that I had never visited in the Kemang area, I found 3K Coffee. Because the rating is pretty good, there's no reason to not trying this place.

3K Coffee is a small place with three floors. This is also the reason why this cafe is named 3K because it has 3 floors. When I visited this cafe in the morning, this place was quite crowded on the 2nd and 3rd floor by young people.

3K Coffee Design

Kemang area is indeed crowded by various coffee shops. One of them is 3K Coffee. Although 3K Coffee has a small and narrow place, this place is worth a visit because it offers coffee and good food.

On the 1st floor area there are 3 tables. This area is rarely attracted by visitors because they prefer the 2nd floor or the 3rd floor. Because the 1st floor area is less attractive, I chose to sit in this area.

The place I chose wasn't too bad. I was quite comfortable sitting by the window so I could see far out of the cafe.

I was close to the ordering area, because in this cafe visitors had to order on the first floor of the order area. Order and pay at once. But you can also pay at the end.

From where I was sitting there was an outdoor area of 3K Coffee. Usually visitors choose an outdoor location in the afternoon and evening.

Outdoor space is seen in the cafe's front yard. Visitors don't need to worry about pollution because the cafe is far from the crowds of big street. You and your friends can feel the fresh air freely.

On the 2nd and 3rd floor it looks wider than the 1st floor even though it's not too wide. There is also a seat in the balcony area which is a favorite place in the afternoon and evening.

A small place is not too bad if a place to eat offers good taste. 3K Coffee offers a coffee and dish that have distinctive flavor, also Indonesian and Western food.

ABOUT THE TASTE

The weather in South Jakarta is very hot when I visit 3K Coffee. I imagine drinking something refreshing.

Green Tea Latte

I chose a noncoffee drink. A refreshing Green Tea Latte. It feels right, not too sweet.

The appearance is simple, but there's nothing wrong with a simple appearance, right? The important thing is it feels pretty good on the tongue.

My starving stomach made me choose the maincourse. At first I was confused about what a menu to order. Finally I made a choice for Butter Rice Chicken.

Butter Rice Chicken

Butter Rice Chicken comes to me with a green plate, and with a strong aroma. Seen the chicken has a lot of spices.

To my surprise, it turns out this food is super delicious! Until I wrote this review, I still clearly remembered the chicken pieces which were rich in flavor and rich in aroma.

The spices and chili sauce soak into the chicken so that it doesn't taste like a chicken that is seasoned, but it really has become a whole dish. I have eaten in other places with chicken flavors that don't blend with the spices so they don't feel perfect.

The Butter Rice Chicken presented by 3K Coffee has a good reputation to remember. That will make me able to return whenever I want this dish.

Let me tell you the secret of the richness of the taste of Butter Rice Chicken.

Look at the red onion and kaffir lime leaves. These two ingredients, which in my opinion make this food taste better. This kaffir lime leaf will add a distinctive aroma and flavor, then bind the aroma in the dish so that the cuisine will taste delicious.

Usually I use pieces of kaffir lime leaves to make omlets and complementary sauces for grilled chicken. Kaffir lime leaves are one of the traditional Indonesian spices that are often used for cooking fragrances.

Kaffir lime leaves are obtained from small type orange trees. Growing this tree is very difficult, because insects, especially caterpillars, are very happy with this orange leaf. Very much needed extra care so that the tree did not run out and died of a caterpillar attack

That was about kaffir lime leaves which made the taste of the food taste better. One of the most brilliant traditional ways in my opinion.

Ice Cream Chocolate

The air that was indeed hot made me want to eat a cold dessert. Say yes to ice cream!

When I ordered, vanilla flavored ice cream was running out. I was forced to order chocolate flavored ice cream. It's not bad, but it's too sweet. Lately, I really don't like the sweetest things strong like chocolate. But because this is ice cream, there's no reason not to spend it.

Ice Lemon Tea

As I said before, the air is indeed very hot, and an hour later after I ate ice cream, I ordered another drink that could get rid of the heat.

Lemon and tea, aha! Brilliant choice. Ice Lemon Tea is indeed refreshing, no one can refute this statement.

CONCLUSION

3K Coffee is a small place that has a great taste. Even though at certain times the cafe is very full and looks crowded, but this place is worthy of your occasional try.

I will go back to this place to try coffee and taste the delicious Butter Rice Chicken, again, again, and again.
