Yes, I still make art ^^

Not that fancy super cool NFT stuff like last year, but I do some sketching in my notebook when I feel the urge.

They are not "finished" artworks or something, but rather little ideas or forms and figures that come out of my hand. I love just letting my hand do what it wants and sometimes I'm amazed and amused by what comes out!

The little sketches I want to share today are from last September, when I was in Albania at the beach, the sun was shining and life was a bit easier.

Right now I'm stumbling through a wintery Greece in a van without a heater ^^

So I thought this would be the perfect time to finally share these drawings that remind me of summer!

I do miss digital art though and the possibility to really go deep into an artwork and work on it until it's done. 

We neither have the power supply to run my computer nor the space to put up a proper place to work right now.

So this has to wait until things change again. Last winter we had a nice housesitting job in Bulgaria which gave me the opportunity to make art all day long and to get fairly deep into the NFT-world. 

But right now it's obviously music time, which is great too!

And although it's cold sometimes playing in the streets it is always fun and so good to see that people appreciate it so much. It especially warms my heart to see little children being completely amazed by what we do. I truly feel that I can give something good to the world!

I take photos of my drawings and then play around in Autodesk Sketchbook on my phone to add some digital color. I do like that app, but it's more complex than I need it ^^ if anyone has a recommendation for a simple little app for coloring, please let me know!

Sometimes I can't fill everything with color because the pencil leaves spaces and so some lines are not closed. Of course I could add proper lines digitally but sometimes I like that rough weird "imperfect" look.

Maybe one day I work on them further and use some of these ideas for bigger paintings or animations, who knows.

I'm super excited to have finally shared some art again, I really missed it!

And I do have some more sketchbook pages full of lovely little people, creatures and even plants. Also some weird geometrical drawings that seem to have some kind of meaning but I haven't found it yet ^^ So maybe you can!
