Real Russian Winter
Winter is a very beautiful time of the year, although not everyone likes cold, but it mostly depends on the clothes. If you are well equipped, then the frost is not terrible for you.
You can go for a walk in the Russian forest, enjoying all the shades of white. Did you know that the Eskimos and other peoples of the north have almost twenty-four words meaning shades of white.
It is very important for northern peoples to understand what kind of snow surrounds them. It's a matter of survival. We live in central Russia and there is no need to distinguish between the colors of the snow, but sometimes when you go out into a snow-covered field or forest, you see how the world has changed because of the snow.
The world can turn into a fairy tale, where the branches of trees are covered with diamond chips. Where the world sparkles in the sun and shimmers with a rainbow. And it could be otherwise. The world can be gray and cold. The black branches of trees are like the claws of birds of prey and snow, like the all-consuming foam of oblivion.
While I'm lucky with the weather. Despite the fact that the anticyclone leaves our place, the sun was in the sky today. Soon there will be days of snowfall and then it will be beautiful outside only after dark. Then the street lamps will light up and the city will be filled with bright electric light. Large snowflakes will float in the rays of this lighting.
This weather usually occurs before the start of the new year. It gives a sense of celebration.
