The story of one photo
I love my native land.
Sometimes you go out of town and see something that makes a strong impression. Here, for example, is a magical field of yellow flowers.
To my shame, I do not know what kind of agriculture it is, but it looks very elegant. The yellow field itself to the horizon is already interesting. But when a blue cloud grows over this bright color of the field in the sky, then this picture asks for a photograph or even for the work of some artist who is not afraid to take on canvas those colors that can convey the blackness of a blue cloud and bright light from yellow flowers in the field ...
The thunderstorm front somehow came very quickly and covered the sky. On the other hand, the sun was still shining. I was lucky to observe this amazing state of nature.
It so happens that you find yourself in the epicenter of some interesting natural phenomenon or event, but you don't have a camera with you. And even though you bite your elbows, nothing can be done. Just keep the beauty of this moment in your personal memory.
It is a pity that I am not an artist and do not know how to mix paints on canvas.
But this time I was lucky, because I had my camera with me in the car and with great pleasure I stopped on the side of the road, got out of the car and went straight into the field.
It was warm and the rain had not started to fall yet. The only inconvenience to me was the mosquitoes, which immediately attacked me as soon as I got out of the car.
But the beauty of the landscape that opened up to me distracted me from the bites of annoying insects. I completely surrendered myself to the elements of this field and clouds and native Russian nature.
As a result, I now have a few shots that I enjoy. I look at them and remember this field, this thunderstorm and many different other moments that I could not photograph.
Just yesterday I ran home because I got caught in a heavy thunderstorm. Almost at the very door to the entrance of the house, lightning flashed brightly over my head and at that very second a terrible thunderclap fell upon me. Even my legs gave way from sudden fright.
When the elements rage, you feel like just some kind of small insect that can be easily and simply blown away and carried far, far away.
