We visited Belgrade at the end of April 2019 and stayed for five nights. As always I kept my camera and mobile at hand in order to capture as many shots of this vibrant city as possible. In this post I will upload a selection of color photographs.
The Belgrade Fortress and the Kalemegdan park was the first place I visited. Offering a fantastic view to the cityscape where the Danube and Sava rivers meet, the place is full of people enjoying their walk. If you are interested in photography, I would strongly recommend to visit during sunset when the light meets the rivers, creating compelling landscapes and cityscapes.

At walking distance you will find the famous Knez Mihailova street where you can see buildings of magnificent architecture and also wander around numerous shops, bars & restaurants.
Also worth visiting is the Gardoš Tower which is also referred to as the Millennium Tower and offers a spectacular view to Zemun, an older part of the city. We spent quite some time up there, daydreaming as our glance wondered through the beautiful rooftops.
In two minutes distance we found Danube's waterside and walked along a poetic scenery.
Biking to Ada Ciganlija was another fun experience! I think I haven't seen a larger park surrounding a lake before! Nature is the main protagonist in this place and you have a wide selection of activities such as swimming, biking, tennis or golf and of course a vast number of restaurants and bars you can select from to just relax and view the lake while enjoying a drink (or two! heh)
Hope you enjoy the selection of color photographs I made from Belgrade.

For the last photograph I selected a night shot of a charming building which hosts the Ministry of Finance of Serbia
Have a great day!
