Yesterday I talked about my flight from Thailand to Kazakhstan, where we will stay for two days. Immediately upon arrival, Kazakhstan (the city of Almaty) greeted us with cloudy weather and rain at a temperature of +9°C. Although, as we were told later, the day before our arrival the temperature was +24°C. I hoped to take a lot of colorful photos, but the weather made its own adjustments.
We rented an apartment for two days for $50 and, after washing, immediately went to bed. This flight took a lot of my energy, and I slept until 10 am. Waking up and going to the window, I saw that it was snowing in the city - the first snow I had not seen for three years. I was happy, because now I would have photos with snow! Having quickly gotten ready, my son and I ran out into the street.
The child was beside himself with joy! He practically did not remember the snow. More precisely, he saw it three years ago, but he was still a baby then, and childhood memory erased these memories.
- Dad, dad, look, snow! It must be real! - he shouted enthusiastically.
- Yes, yes, it is real! - I smiled.
He touched the snow, looked at it, and then began to make snowballs and throw them on the road. I, in turn, photographed everything around: reflections in puddles, scooters covered in snow, streets and benches.
We were happy together, and now I remember these moments with warmth in my heart, despite the fact that we were very cold after six months spent in Thailand.
I write my texts myself, correct mistakes and translate via ChatGPT (which is not a violation on Hive)!
All photos were taken by me personally - I am a beginner photographer, so I ask professionals not to judge strictly.
Thank you for sharing these moments with me! Until new stories and new holidays!
