Krakow Botanical Garden in beginning of March

My previous visit to the Krakow Botanical Garden was in February. It was an ugly, rainy day, perfect for the muddy transition between winter and spring. For this reason, we spent most of the time during that visit walking around the greenhouses and gardens, practically just sneaking along the outside alleys. What caught our attention then were the first crocuses that slowly started to emerge from the still frozen ground.

Today's weather was completely different, the sun was shining and it was warm, about 15 degrees Celsius. Therefore, walking along the alleys with short breaks on benches was a real delight.
The crocuses and primroses that most attract our attention are the ones around the corners, which are in full bloom.

The greatest curiosity of this trip to the garden was Witch Hazel, which both flowers and smells in a very specific way.

Najwięcej naszej uwagi przykóły kwitnące z pełna mocą krokusy i pierwiosnki.
