On the fifth day of the program of our stay in France was scheduled to visit the city of Toulouse. Madame Catherine volunteered to conduct a city tour for us. She visited our country under this program three times already, but she never received guests at her place, so Katherine took a very big initiative. We received several letters in which Catherine clarified what we are interested in seeing in Toulouse. We agreed to get to Madame Catherine’s house on our own, where breakfast would be waiting for us. Then Catherine will take us in his car to Toulouse ...

With a little adventure, we reached the charming cottage where Catherine and Michelle live. We were waiting for a wonderful breakfast and a very warm welcome.

It should be noted that Catherine has made the best program for exploring the city. The main focus of the program was on a tour of the historic center of Toulouse. We moved around the city in a fairly vigorous pace :-)

As it is known, parking in major cities is very expensive, therefore Catherine left the car in the free parking of a small shopping center near the river and we started the tour with a visit to the city park. We will need to take this into account in the future!

The buildings of the center of Toulouse were built of pink bricks. Therefore, sometimes Toulouse is called the pink city.

In the center, as expected, is the magnificent cathedral.

It was a beautiful sunny autumn day. I was pleased with the scene cleaning fallen leaves

In the sky, the planes left spectacular strokes of contrails

Catherine showed us a cafe on the roof of the shopping center. Very spectacular place. Sitting at the cafe tables, you can enjoy spectacular panoramas of urban areas

What an interesting house. There must be very expensive apartments there

A wonderful day was nearing its end. All the good unfortunately once ends :-(

We were expected by the road and an invitation to dinner at the association of poetry lovers
