Akhaltsikhe fortress. Part 3

So, I continue the photo story about the Akhaltsikhe fortress Rabat. I show and tell you what I saw. My impressions expressed in photographs. You can check Part 2
The rain was not long. It was evening, and we went for new experiences.

You see, in the distance there is a beautiful arbor with a fountain? Let's go watch ...

Inside the gazebo is a fountain. Which I reviewed thoroughly 🙂

In front of the gazebo is a garden labyrinth

The fortress is an excellent viewing platform. Four towers rise above its walls. Some of us climbed a spiral staircase.

I presented myself as a guard on the tower.🙄🙂.

On the roof of the citadel in the western part of the fortress, we did not go up, they say that it offers the best view.
But the landscapes and views that we saw are also noteworthy.

Oh ... is that research subjects? Probably they are considered Armenian or Azerbaijani artifacts, it is not known for sure.

From one source, I learned that curved sculptures have the name "rams" or "horses." These are almost always tombstones, but why sheep (or horses) are not yet clear.
