Cafe Tahru - La Trinidad, Benguet

I haven't found a place yet where they have burgers, mostly are sandwiches. I probably haven't searched properly. We do have the two competing fastfood here in our place but I have yet to widen my search for smaller cafes.

I haven't been here to Cafe Tahru for a long time. I was first brought here by my friend and we ate nachos. They have great nachos here.

I like the simplicity of the place and nothing has changed since the last time I was here. The place is neat and clean.

They have a menu displayed by the entrance. I quickly scanned and asked if burger is available and one of the staff said yes. I ordered that right away and then took a seat by the window. As always, I was the only customer but halfway through my meal more customers arrived.

There are available books you can read while at the cafe. They have Tolkien books but chose another autho and read, waiting for my order which arrived just as I was done with the second story in the book.

Their A2 burgers are two small burgers, it's like one big burger cut in half. This is a chicken burger and the patty is thick, compact and bigger than the bun. It has slices of cucumber and tomatoes and a leaf of lettuce.

These burgers come with potato strings. It already is a fulfilling serving. I didn't know that. It was a mistake ordering fries. The fries is good for two so I had a hard time finishing it.

The prices are affordable and food is okay.

Cafe Tahru serves pasta, nachos, rice meals, coffee, shakes and many more.
