| As already mentioned, on my last full day in Dongguan, I was quite active & walked around a lot. I already wrote about the Jin'aozhou Park & the Wanjiang Park, but I also walked through the Dongguan People's Park & on the way between the parks there was also a lot worth mentioning. | Wie bereits erwähnt, war ich an meinem letzten Tag in Dongguan recht aktiv & bin viel gelatscht. Ich schrieb bereits über den Jin'aozhou-Park & den Wanjiang-Park, aber war auch kurz im Volkspark. Nicht nur in den Parks, sondern auch auf dem Weg dazwischen gibt es Erwähnenswertes. |

| A foreigner walking through Dongguan & taking pictures of old & run-down buildings is obviously quite a sight. The cat above was not the only one wondering what this strange guy was doing there. | Ein Ausländer, der durch Dongguan latscht & Bilder von alten, heruntergekommenen Gebäuden macht, ist anscheinend ein interessanter Anblick. | You all know about those masses of rental bikes in China. In Dongguan, it seems to be a habit to throw them into the rivers & canals. Some are still lying in the water: | Jeder weiß von den Massen an Mieträdern in China. In Dongguan scheint man die Angewohnheit zu haben, diese in Flüsse & Kanäle zu schmeißen. Manche liegen immer noch im Wasser: |

| The water in the canals & rivers of Dongguan is usually rather dirty, though not as bad as in Humen. Yet people still catch fish there. The guy in this picture was using a net. He didn't seem to be too successful, though. | Das Wasser der Kanäle & Flüsse in Dongguan ist normalerweise ziemlich schmutzig, wenn auch nicht so schlimm wie in Humen. | & then, in the evening, I was in the Dongguan People's Park. This is very typical for China. People (mostly "aunties") dance in groups, often to very different tunes in close proximity. | & am Abend war ich dann noch kurz im Volkspark. Die Bilder zeigen die typische Abendunterhaltung in China. Leute (meist "Tantchen") tanzen in Gruppen, oft zu sehr verschiedenen Melodien sehr nah beieinander. |
