@progressivechef1 Et Thine Riate Morocco 🇲🇦🇲🇦🇲🇦 A village disconnected from modern life!

@progressivechef1 During my last visit to Morocco, I wanted so badly to visit this village again...there live my wife's uncle. Far from the noisy and busy city, Et Thine Riate looks like we are back in the 70s - 80s!

@progressivechef1 On our way, we found the famous goats climbing the Argan trees! I always thought this was not true... This is for real guys!

@progressivechef1 Once we arrived in the village, I just went out hanging with the kids... They showed me a little of their daily life.

@progressivechef1 Houses and walls are still made with rocks and hay... What a beautiful scenery... Let the next photos do the talking!

@progressivechef1 My first encounter with a donkey!!! 😂😂😂 Saw a lot of them on the roads carrying loads of the villagers... But finally got to meet one in Ras Thine Riate!

@progressivechef1 Oh did I mentioned the fruits that we have over there!? Figs, olives, barbarian figs, argan... Yeah...this is where I touched my first fresh Argan ever!

@progressivechef1 After my tour with the kids... Went in their home and enjoyed some nice Moroccan tea...poured by the uncle himself! The tea master!

@progressivechef1 And some freshly grilled lamb skewers with cumin and salt on charcoal... It's a specialty of the region!

@progressivechef1 After the food and drinks, we left the village and came back to Casablanca! Spent like half a day at Ras Thine Riate! Will definitely go back again if I get the opportunity!
